Confirmed maximum ±12dB change for each L/R band. No crackling noise. REC select also confirmed to be working. However, the Tape 1 and Tape 2 buttons on the line out do not pop back up when pressed, so there is no output. Therefore, this item is considered junk, and returns are not accepted.
The exterior has some minor scratches on the right side.
These are difficult to see in the photos. Footprints from a previously placed amplifier remain on the top surface.
